Trade fairs and exhibition stands

Humanoid robot rental for trade fairs and exhibition stands

A humanoid robot at your stand stops visitors in the aisle and hands them over to your sales team. A second robot or a robot dog walks the halls and invites people to the stand by voice. Humanoid Rental, based in Prague, supplies the robots and two trained operators per robot for the whole fair.

Tell us the date, the venue and the type of event — we reply with an itemised quote within 24 hours.

What the robot does at your stand

The robot has one task on a fair floor: to turn passers-by into conversations with your team. It does not replace the sales staff; it brings visitors to them.

Stops visitors at the stand

The humanoid greets people at the edge of the stand, keeps its distance and answers in the language it is addressed in (13 languages). Visitors stop, ask questions and take photos.

Hands visitors to the sales team

Once a visitor shows interest, the robot passes them to a colleague on your team. The lines are written for your products and approved by you in advance.

Invites people from the halls

A second humanoid or the Unitree Go2 robot dog walks the halls and invites people to the stand by voice. This extends the stand's presence beyond its own footprint.

Branding in your colours

The robot is branded in your company colours, so it reads as part of the stand. Persona, name and wording are agreed with you before the fair.

A typical fair day

The programme follows the opening hours of the fair and is planned with your stand manager beforehand.

Set-up and test before opening

The crew arrives before the halls open, positions the robots and checks the connection, which we bring ourselves. A short rehearsal on the stand confirms the routes and the hand-over spot.

Demonstration every 30 minutes

Every 30 minutes the robot gives a short scripted demonstration, such as a product reveal or a dialogue with a host. Between demonstrations it greets visitors and poses for photos.

Walking the halls

The second robot or the robot dog leaves the stand at agreed times and invites visitors by voice. It moves among people on its own and keeps its distance.

No downtime across the day

Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so the robot is not out of action during opening hours. Two of our operators stay with each robot all day.

What makes it work and what we need from you

The robots are not self-service hire. Our operators run them, and a few facts from you make the plan precise.

Exhibitor rules of the fair

Please check the exhibitor rules for moving exhibits and stand height before booking. The Unitree G1 is about 130 cm and the Unitree H2 is 180 cm, so we choose the model to suit your stand and hall.

Brief and content

We need the dates, venue, hall and stand number, opening hours, languages and number of robots. You send product messages and approve the persona and lines in advance.

Space and flow

Keep a clear strip at the front of the stand where the robot can work and visitors can gather. Up to four humanoids can work at one event.

Travel and lead time

Across Europe the robots travel by road in flight cases in our own vehicle with the crew. Lithium batteries are dangerous goods and do not fly, so beyond road range we fly the robots without batteries and source packs locally. A distant fair blocks a robot for several days, and foreign bookings need weeks of notice for ATA carnet, customs and visas where needed.

References

We have worked with robots in front of live audiences at events in six countries.

Aquatherm, PVA Expo Prague

A stand video from Brilon at the Aquatherm trade fair passed 2 million views. It shows the robot at work among visitors on a real exhibition stand.

Conferences and corporate events

Clients include T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom (two conferences in Bratislava and Prague, October 2026), KÄRCHER in Prague and ČS Leasing, where robots appeared six times during one conference day. Seyfor also hosted a business breakfast with a robot at Microsoft in Bratislava.

Festivals and parties

At Forbes Next Big Thing in Brno a robot opened the festival, and at PX Party in Prague three humanoids worked among 600 guests. We also appeared in the Leoš Mareš show in Mikulov.

Track record

In 2026 we gave more than 70 performances in six countries. Our show ROBOrevue, with three humanoids and three live dancers, had its world premiere in Paris on 1 September 2026.

Questions we get asked

How much does it cost to hire a humanoid robot for a trade fair?

We do not publish a price list. Every event is quoted individually within 24 hours after we receive the brief: date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots.

Do we need our own staff to operate the robot?

No. Two of our trained operators stay with each robot for the whole fair. Your team only needs to welcome the visitors the robot hands over.

Can the robot speak to international visitors?

Yes. It answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages. The persona and lines are written for your fair and approved by you in advance.

Is a humanoid robot allowed on our stand?

That depends on the exhibitor rules of the fair, mainly on moving exhibits and stand height. Please check them with the organiser, and we will adapt the robot model and its movement to the rules.

Can the robot also walk through the halls?

Yes. A second humanoid or the Unitree Go2 robot dog can walk the halls and invite people to your stand by voice, according to the routes and times agreed with you.

How far in advance should we book for a fair abroad?

Foreign bookings need weeks of notice because of the ATA carnet, customs and visas where needed. Batteries do not fly, so for distant fairs we fly the robots without them and source packs locally.
