Where we work in the Netherlands

We travel to the venue you choose. These are the Dutch venues and cities we plan for most often with event agencies, exhibitors and conference organisers.

RAI Amsterdam

For trade fairs and large conferences in Amsterdam, the robot can welcome visitors, invite them to your stand or open a programme item. The 180 cm Unitree H2 suits large halls and stages.

Jaarbeurs Utrecht

Jaarbeurs is a common choice for trade fairs and corporate events. We agree the robot's route and positions with you in advance so it fits the hall layout and visitor flow.

Ahoy Rotterdam and World Forum The Hague

Both venues host conferences and larger events. A humanoid can greet delegates at the entrance, appear on stage or take part in a scripted dialogue with your host.

MECC Maastricht

Maastricht is the longest trip in the country from Prague, so we plan arrival and set-up carefully. It works well for congresses and exhibitions that need a Dutch- and English-speaking presenter.

What the robot does at events in the Netherlands

The robot moves among guests on its own and keeps its distance from them. It answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages including Dutch and English.

Welcoming and talking to guests

The robot greets arrivals, answers questions and poses for photos with guests. Its persona and lines are written for your event and approved by you before the day.

Conference opening and scripted dialogue

The robot can open a conference or perform a dialogue with your moderator. Timing and wording are rehearsed, so the segment fits your agenda.

Product reveal and award handover

The robot can unveil a product on stage or hand over an award weighing up to about 2 kg. This gives a ceremony a clear moment for photographers.

Stand invitations, dancing and ROBOrevue

At trade fairs the robot invites visitors to your stand, and it can dance. ROBOrevue is a five-minute show with three humanoid robots and three live dancers. It needs a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m.

Travel and logistics for the Netherlands

Travel from Prague to the Netherlands is by road, so planning is simple and predictable. We handle transport, power-ready equipment and connectivity.

By road from Prague

The robots travel in flight cases in our own vehicle together with the crew. The drive takes about 9–10 hours.

Arrival the day before

We arrive the day before your event, so set-up and rehearsal do not depend on morning traffic. Please arrange access to the venue for that day.

Batteries and internet

Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime during the event. We bring our own internet connection and do not rely on venue Wi-Fi.

Booking notice

A foreign booking needs weeks of notice, because customs and other paperwork must be prepared. A trip also blocks the robot for several days: travel out, the event and travel back.

What we need from the organiser

The rental is not self-service. Two of our operators stay with each robot the whole time, so your needs are mainly information and access.

A brief for the quote

Send us the date, venue, type of event, duration and the number of robots you need. We quote each event individually within 24 hours of the brief.

Approval of the script

We write the persona and lines for your event. You approve them in advance, including the language mix of Dutch and English.

Space and access

We need a route for the robot among guests, a place for batteries and cases, and venue access on the day before. You can book up to four humanoids at one event.

Stage requirements

For ROBOrevue, provide a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m. For other appearances we agree the positions during planning.

References

These are events we have delivered, mostly in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and France. They show the formats we can bring to Dutch venues.

Conferences

We appeared at two T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom conferences in Bratislava and Prague in October 2026. For ČS Leasing we covered a full conference day with six appearances, and for Seyfor we appeared at a business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava.

Festivals and corporate events

At Forbes Next Big Thing in Brno the robot opened the festival. We also worked for KÄRCHER in Prague and in the Leoš Mareš show in Mikulov.

Large audiences

At PX Party in Prague, three humanoids appeared among 600 guests. ROBOrevue had its world premiere in Paris on 1 September 2026.

Track record

In 2026 we gave more than 70 performances in six countries. One event video passed 2 million views.

Questions we get asked

Can I rent a humanoid robot in the Netherlands without operators?

No. Every robot comes with two of our trained operators who stay with it throughout the event. It is not self-service hire.

Does the robot speak Dutch?

Yes. The robot speaks Dutch and English, and it answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages in total.

How do the robots get to the Netherlands?

They travel by road in flight cases in our own vehicle with the crew, about 9–10 hours from Prague. We arrive the day before the event. Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, so they do not fly.

How far ahead should I book?

Foreign bookings need weeks of notice for customs and other paperwork. The trip also blocks a robot for several days, so earlier requests are easier to schedule.

Which venues can you work in?

We plan for venues such as RAI Amsterdam, Jaarbeurs Utrecht, Ahoy Rotterdam, MECC Maastricht and World Forum The Hague. Other venues are possible; send us the details in your brief.

How is the rental priced?

There is no price list. Every event is quoted individually within 24 hours of your brief: date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots.
