A stage appearance in front of a full hall
The robot as an item in the programme in its own right — not an exhibit in the corner.
Humanoid Rental, based in Prague, brings Unitree humanoid robots and their own trained operators to trade fairs, conferences and brand events in Italy. This is not self-service hire: two of our operators stay with each robot for the whole event.
Tell us the date, the venue and the type of event — we reply with an itemised quote within 24 hours.
Not renders, not manufacturer footage. Every clip below is from an event we delivered.
The robot as an item in the programme in its own right — not an exhibit in the corner.
Welcoming guests, appearances during the programme and the evening awards — one script.
A technology demonstration built to support the topic and the conversations in the room.
We travel to the venues and cities where Italian trade fairs, conferences and corporate events take place. The list below shows the exhibition centres most often requested by event agencies and exhibitors.
Milan is the nearest major Italian event city to Prague, about 9–10 hours by road. We can deploy robots in the halls of Fiera Milano Rho and at conferences in MiCo Milano, and also at hotels and private venues in the city.
BolognaFiere, Veronafiere and Rimini Fiera are exhibition centres where a robot can welcome visitors to a stand or open a presentation. Each venue has its own rules for vehicle access and set-up, so we ask for the technical contact in your brief.
Rome is further from Prague, so the journey by road is longer. We plan the route and the arrival day together with your event dates.
We also work at Lingotto Fiere Torino and at other venues in the north-west. If your venue is not listed, send us the address; the brief is what matters, not the list.
The robot is a working part of the programme, not a static display. Persona and lines are written for your event and approved by you in advance.
The robot moves among guests on its own and keeps its distance. It answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages, which suits international fairs in Milan or Bologna.
Typical roles are opening a conference, a spot with the host, a scripted dialogue, a product reveal and an award handover with items up to about 2 kg. The Unitree H2 humanoid, 180 cm tall, is the choice for stages and large halls.
The Unitree G1 humanoid, about 130 cm, invites visitors to a stand, poses for photos with guests and dances. The Unitree Go2 robot dog can join as an additional figure.
ROBOrevue is a five-minute show with three humanoid robots and three live dancers. It needs a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m. Its world premiere is in Paris on 1 September 2026.
Italy is within road range of Prague, which determines how we plan every booking.
The robots travel in flight cases in our own vehicle together with the crew. The journey to Milan takes about 9–10 hours, and to Rome longer. We arrive the day before the event.
Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, so they do not fly. Beyond road range we fly the robots without batteries and source packs locally. On site, batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime.
A distant event blocks a robot for several days: travel out, the event and travel back. Foreign bookings need weeks of notice for the ATA carnet, customs and visas where needed.
We bring our own internet connection, so the performance does not depend on venue Wi-Fi.
A short brief is enough to start. Every event is quoted individually within 24 hours after we receive it.
Please send the date, venue, type of event, how long the robot is needed and how many robots you want. We can use up to four humanoids at one event.
Tell us the purpose of the appearance, the audience and the languages. We write the persona and lines, and you approve them before the event.
We need a loading route, a place to stage and charge the robots, and a contact at the venue. For ROBOrevue, the floor must measure at least 12 x 6 m.
In 2026 we gave more than 70 performances in six countries, and one event video passed 2 million views. The events below are those we can name.
T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom (two conferences, in Bratislava and Prague, October 2026), KÄRCHER in Prague, and the Seyfor business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava. For ČS Leasing we appeared six times during a full conference day.
We opened the Forbes Next Big Thing festival in Brno and appeared in the Leoš Mareš show in Mikulov. At PX Party in Prague, three humanoids were among 600 guests.
The world premiere of ROBOrevue takes place in Paris. These references are from Central Europe and France; we can discuss the details of comparable formats for your Italian event.
We have no price list. Every event is quoted individually within 24 hours after we receive the brief: date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots.

Yes. The robot answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages. We write the lines for your event and you approve them in advance.
For foreign events we need weeks of notice because of the ATA carnet, customs and visas where needed. A distant event also blocks a robot for several days, so earlier requests are easier to plan.
