Medical and pharmaceutical congresses

Humanoid robot rental for medical and pharmaceutical congresses

A humanoid robot with two trained operators welcomes delegates, marks a technology moment in the programme or opens a symposium. It is framed as hospitality and a technology demonstration: no clinical or product claims, no personal data, and every line approved by your compliance team.

Tell us the date, the venue and the type of event — we reply with an itemised quote within 24 hours.

Real robots. Real events.

Not renders, not manufacturer footage. Every clip below is from an event we delivered.

What the robot does at a congress

The robot is a hospitality and technology element. Its scope is deliberately narrow, so that it fits industry codes such as the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice.

Welcoming delegates

The robot moves among guests on its own, keeps its distance and greets them at the entrance, in the foyer or at the reception. It answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages, which suits international delegations.

Opening a symposium or session

The robot can open a symposium, introduce the chair or hand over a speaker with a short scripted dialogue alongside the host. It can also present an award, with items up to about 2 kg.

A technology moment in the programme

A short appearance can break up a long day: a scripted dialogue, photos with guests, or a dance. It is presented as a technology demonstration, not as part of any scientific content.

What it will not do

The robot makes no clinical or product claims. It does not comment on products unless the client supplies approved text, and it collects no personal data. Questions outside its approved lines are politely redirected to your staff.

A typical run of the day or evening

The schedule is agreed in the brief and fixed in a run sheet before the event. Appearances are short and placed where they support the programme.

Arrival and registration

Before the first session the robot greets delegates in the foyer. Photos with guests are optional and are taken only at the guest’s own initiative.

Symposium opening

At the start of the session the robot joins the host for a brief scripted opening. Our operators work to the run sheet and the cue from your stage manager.

Breaks and exhibition area

Between sessions the robot moves through the coffee area and can invite visitors to a stand, using only the wording the stand owner has approved.

Evening reception

At a gala or dinner the robot can welcome guests, hand over an award or take part in a short dance. Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime.

What makes it work and what we need from you

Compliance review comes first. The technical side is handled by our crew, so your team’s part is limited to approvals and access.

Compliance-approved lines

We write the persona and lines for your event. Your compliance team approves them in advance, and we perform only what has been approved. Any change on the day needs your sign-off.

Operators and equipment

Two of our own trained operators stay with each robot the whole time; this is not self-service hire. We bring our own internet connection, so the venue network is not required.

Choice of robot

The Unitree G1 humanoid (about 130 cm) suits foyers and exhibition floors. The Unitree H2 (180 cm) is the tall one for stages and large halls. Up to four humanoids can work at one event.

What we need from you

Send the date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots. We also need approved texts, a contact in compliance, a run sheet and access for load-in. Every event is quoted individually within 24 hours after the brief.

Logistics across Europe and the Middle East

We are based in Prague. Distance affects how the robots travel and how much lead time we need.

Travel by road in Europe

Within Europe the robots travel by road in flight cases, in our own vehicle with the crew. Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, so they do not fly.

Distant events

Beyond road range, such as the Middle East, we fly the robots without batteries and source packs locally. A distant event blocks a robot for several days: travel out, the event and travel back.

Notice for foreign bookings

Foreign bookings need weeks of notice for the ATA carnet, customs and visas where needed. Please send the brief early, particularly for congresses with a fixed date.

References

Our references come from corporate conferences and public events. We have not performed under the pharmaceutical code framework described here, so we state that plainly.

Conferences

We appeared at two T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom conferences in Bratislava and Prague in October 2026. For ČS Leasing we covered a full conference day with six appearances.

Openings and business events

Forbes Next Big Thing in Brno opened with our robots. We also appeared at a Seyfor business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava and at a KÄRCHER event in Prague.

Larger audiences

At PX Party in Prague, three humanoids worked among 600 guests. In 2026 we gave more than 70 performances in six countries, and one event video passed 2 million views.

Questions we get asked

Can the robot talk about our products?

Only with approved text. Without text approved by your compliance team, the robot does not comment on products and makes no clinical claims. It stays within hospitality and a technology demonstration.

Does the robot collect delegate data?

No. It collects no personal data, does not scan badges and does not run registrations or surveys. Photos with guests are taken only at the guest’s initiative.

Who approves what the robot says?

Your compliance team. We draft the persona and lines for the event, you review and approve them in advance, and we perform nothing else.

Does this fit industry codes such as the MedTech Europe Code?

The format is designed as hospitality and a technology demonstration in line with such codes. Whether a specific appearance is permitted remains your compliance team’s decision, and we adapt the brief to it.

Which languages does the robot speak?

It answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages. The approved lines are prepared in the languages your event needs.

How much notice do you need, and how do we get a quote?

Within road range, send the brief as early as you can. Foreign and distant events need weeks of notice for the carnet, customs and visas. Send the date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots, and you receive an individual quote within 24 hours.
