Real robots. Real events.

Where we work in the UAE and the Gulf

We quote events across the region and travel to the venue you choose. The venues below are those most often searched by agencies and exhibitors.

Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City Dubai

Trade fairs, conferences and brand activations in Dubai are a natural fit for a robot that moves among visitors. We plan the route, the stand position and the show moments with your team before the event.

ADNEC in Abu Dhabi

For congresses and exhibitions at ADNEC, the taller Unitree H2 (180 cm) is well suited to large halls and stages. The smaller Unitree G1 (about 130 cm) works well on stands and in busy aisles.

Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre

We also quote events in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Entry rules differ from the UAE, so we ask for the brief early to plan visas and customs.

Indoor venues and shaded areas only

Our robots are intended for air-conditioned halls or shaded spaces. Outdoor locations in the midday heat are not suitable for the equipment.

What the robot does at events in the Gulf

The robot is a hosted part of your programme, with a persona and lines written for your event and approved by you in advance.

Greeting guests in Arabic and English

The robot welcomes guests in Arabic and English. It answers in the language it is addressed in, from a total of 13 languages, which suits international audiences.

Dressed for the occasion

The robot can be dressed to suit your event, for example in a thobe and shemagh. Costume and styling are agreed with you during preparation.

Stage and stand roles

Typical roles are welcoming guests, a spot with the host, opening a conference, a scripted dialogue, a product reveal, an award handover (items up to about 2 kg), photos with guests, dancing and inviting visitors to a stand.

Safe movement among visitors

The robot moves among guests on its own and keeps its distance. Two of our operators stay with each robot throughout, and batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime. You can book up to four humanoids at one event.

Travel and logistics to the Gulf

Across Europe our robots travel by road in flight cases. The Gulf is beyond road range, so the process differs.

Robots fly without batteries

Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, so they do not fly. We transport the robots without batteries and source battery packs in the Gulf, then fit them before the event.

ATA carnet, customs and visas

The equipment travels under an ATA carnet, and the crew needs business visas. Foreign bookings need several weeks of notice for these steps.

Days blocked for travel

A distant event blocks a robot for several days: travel out, the event itself and travel back. We include this in the plan when we schedule your dates.

Our own internet connection

We bring our own internet connection, so the show does not depend on venue Wi-Fi.

What we need from the organiser

A short brief lets us quote within 24 hours and prepare the appearance properly.

The brief

Please send the date, venue, type of event, duration and the number of robots you want. There is no price list on our website because each event is quoted individually.

Content approval

We write the persona and lines for your event, and you approve them in advance. Tell us about brand names, protocol and any topics to avoid.

Space and access

We need an indoor or shaded area, access for the crew and cases during set-up, and a clear route for the robot. The ROBOrevue show (five minutes, three humanoid robots and three live dancers) needs a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m.

Early notice for documents

Send names for visas and details for customs as soon as the date is fixed. Several weeks of notice is the minimum for a booking in the Gulf.
