Humanoid robots for events in Spain

Humanoid robot rental in Spain

Humanoid Rental, based in Prague, brings Unitree humanoid robots and their own trained operators to trade fairs, conferences and brand events in Spain. This is not self-service hire: our crew runs the robot from arrival to departure.

Tell us the date, the venue and the type of event — we reply with an itemised quote within 24 hours.

Where we work in Spain

We travel to the venues and cities where Spanish fairs, congresses and corporate events take place.

Madrid: IFEMA Madrid

IFEMA Madrid hosts trade fairs and large congresses. A robot can welcome visitors at the entrance, work around your stand or open a stage programme in a hall.

Barcelona: Fira de Barcelona

We serve events at Fira de Barcelona, at Gran Via and at Montjuïc. Both the 130 cm Unitree G1 and the 180 cm Unitree H2 can be planned for these halls.

Valencia, Sevilla and Málaga

We also take bookings at the Palacio de Congresos de Valencia, at FIBES Sevilla and in Málaga. Send us the venue and date, and we will confirm how the trip is organised.

What the robot does at your event

The robot is a live presenter and a point of attention, with a role written for your event.

Roles on the floor and on stage

Typical tasks are welcoming guests, a spot with the host, opening a conference, a scripted dialogue and a product reveal. It can also hand over an award (items up to about 2 kg), pose for photos, dance or invite visitors to a stand.

Languages and persona

The robot answers in the language it is addressed in, across 13 languages. Persona and lines are written for your event and approved by you in advance.

Moving among guests

The robot moves among guests on its own and keeps its distance. Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime, and we bring our own internet connection.

Up to four humanoids, or the ROBOrevue show

We can place up to four humanoids at one event. ROBOrevue is a five-minute show with three humanoid robots and three live dancers, and it needs a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m.

Travel and logistics for Spain

Spain is reached from Prague by road, which shapes how we plan the booking.

By road with the crew

The robots travel in flight cases in our own vehicle together with the crew. The journey from Prague takes about two days.

Why batteries do not fly

Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, so they do not fly. If an event is ever beyond road range, we fly the robots without batteries and source packs locally.

Several days away from base

A robot travelling to Spain is away for several days: travel out, the event, travel back. Tell us early, and where possible we combine trips to save you time and effort.

Lead time

Foreign bookings need weeks of notice because of paperwork such as an ATA carnet, customs and visas where needed.

What we need from the organiser

A short brief and a few venue details are enough to start.

The brief

Send us the date, venue, type of event, duration and the number of robots. We quote every event individually within 24 hours after the brief. There is no public price list.

Content approval

We write the persona and lines for your event, and you approve them before the day. Please send brand guidelines, names and the running order.

Access and space

We need loading access for our vehicle, a cleared area for the robot and, for ROBOrevue, a stage or floor of at least 12 x 6 m. Our two operators stay with each robot throughout.

References

Our experience comes from events in other countries, and we name only what has taken place.

Performance record

In 2026 we gave more than 70 performances in six countries. One event video passed 2 million views.

Conferences and corporate clients

We worked with T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom at two conferences in Bratislava and Prague, with KÄRCHER in Prague and with ČS Leasing, where robots made six appearances across one conference day. Seyfor hosted a business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava.

Festivals and shows

The robots opened Forbes Next Big Thing in Brno and appeared in the Leoš Mareš show in Mikulov. At PX Party in Prague, three humanoids joined 600 guests, and ROBOrevue has its world premiere in Paris on 1 September 2026.

Questions we get asked

Can I rent a humanoid robot in Spain without operators?

No. Two of our own trained operators stay with each robot the whole time. This is a service with a crew, not self-service hire.

Which Spanish cities and venues do you serve?

We plan events at IFEMA Madrid, Fira de Barcelona (Gran Via and Montjuïc), the Palacio de Congresos de Valencia, FIBES Sevilla and in Málaga. Other venues are possible on request.

How does the robot get to Spain?

It travels by road in flight cases in our own vehicle with the crew, which takes about two days from Prague. Lithium batteries are dangerous goods and do not fly.

How far ahead should I book?

Tell us as early as you can. The robot is away from base for several days, and foreign bookings need weeks of notice for customs paperwork such as an ATA carnet and visas where needed.

Does the robot speak Spanish?

Yes. It answers in the language it is addressed in, across 13 languages. Lines are written for your event and approved by you in advance.

How much does it cost and how fast do I get a quote?

We publish no price list because every event is quoted individually. Send the date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots, and you will receive a quote within 24 hours.
