Humanoid robot rental in France

Humanoid Rental, based in Prague, brings Unitree humanoid robots and two trained operators per robot to trade fairs, conferences and corporate events in France. This is not self-service hire: our crew travels with the robots and runs them for the whole event.

Tell us the date, the venue and the type of event — we reply with an itemised quote within 24 hours.

Where we work in France

We take bookings for events across France. These are the venues and cities our French enquiries typically concern.

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles

A common setting for trade fairs and exhibitions. A humanoid can invite visitors to your stand, greet guests at the entrance and take photos with them throughout the show days.

Paris Nord Villepinte

For large exhibition halls we recommend the Unitree H2, which stands 180 cm tall and remains visible across a busy floor. The Unitree G1 (about 130 cm) suits closer contact at a stand.

Palais des Congrès de Paris

Conference organisers use a robot to open a session, host a scripted dialogue on stage or hand over an award. Items up to about 2 kg can be carried.

Eurexpo Lyon, Palais des Festivals Cannes and Monaco

We also work in Lyon, Cannes and Monaco, for product reveals, gala evenings and corporate programmes. Travel time and arrival are planned individually for each location.

What the robot does at events in France

Every appearance is designed for the event. Persona and lines are written for you and approved by you before the date.

Welcoming and moving among guests

The robot moves among visitors on its own and keeps a safe distance. It answers in the language it is addressed in, with 13 languages available.

On stage and at the stand

Typical roles are a spot with the host, opening a conference, a scripted dialogue, a product reveal, an award handover, dancing and inviting visitors to your stand.

Photos with guests

Guests can have their picture taken with the robot, which gives your stand or reception a clear focal point. The operators manage the queue and the robot's position.

ROBOrevue stage show

ROBOrevue is a five-minute show with three humanoid robots and three live dancers. It had its world premiere in Paris on 1 September 2026 and needs a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m.

Travel and logistics for France

Our robots travel with our own crew, so the route to France is planned around road transport.

By road from Prague

The robots travel in flight cases in our own vehicle together with the crew. The drive from Prague to Paris takes about 10–11 hours, and we arrive the day before the event.

Why batteries do not fly

Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, so they do not travel by air. If an event lies beyond road range, we fly the robots without batteries and source battery packs locally.

No downtime during the event

Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so the robot is not out of action. We bring our own internet connection and do not depend on venue Wi-Fi.

Lead time and capacity

A distant event blocks a robot for several days: travel out, the event and travel back. Foreign bookings need weeks of notice for customs and other paperwork, so please contact us early. We can supply up to four humanoids at one event.

What we need from the organiser

Preparation on your side is short. Most of the work is agreed in the brief and in a single script approval.

A brief with five details

Please send the date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots. We send an individual quote within 24 hours of receiving it.

Script and language approval

Tell us the persona, key messages and the languages your guests speak. We write the lines and you approve them in advance.

Space and access

We need loading access to the venue the day before, a defined area for the robot and, for ROBOrevue, a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m. Please also name a contact person on site.

Safety at the venue

Our operators stay with each robot the whole time. Please share venue rules and stage schedules so we can plan the robot's routes among guests.

References

Our proof comes from live events: more than 70 performances in six countries in 2026, and one event video has passed 2 million views.

Paris premiere

The world premiere of ROBOrevue took place in Paris on 1 September 2026.

Corporate conferences

We appeared at two conferences for T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom in Bratislava and Prague in October 2026. For ČS Leasing we covered a full conference day with six appearances. We also took part in a Seyfor business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava.

Festivals and trade events

We opened the Forbes Next Big Thing festival in Brno. At the PX Party in Prague, three humanoids appeared among 600 guests. We also worked with KÄRCHER in Prague.

Entertainment

We performed in the Leoš Mareš show in Mikulov, which shows the robots' range from corporate programmes to live entertainment.

Questions we get asked

Can I rent a humanoid robot in France without operators?

No. Every rental includes two of our trained operators per robot for the whole event. We do not offer self-service hire.

Which cities and venues in France do you cover?

We work in Paris (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris Nord Villepinte, Palais des Congrès de Paris), Lyon (Eurexpo), Cannes (Palais des Festivals) and Monaco. Other French venues can be discussed in the brief.

How long does it take to bring the robot from Prague to Paris?

By road it takes about 10–11 hours. We arrive the day before your event, so the robot is ready for set-up and testing.

How much notice do you need for an event in France?

Foreign bookings need weeks of notice for customs and other paperwork. A distant event blocks a robot for several days, so earlier requests are easier to confirm.

Which languages can the robot speak at a French event?

The robot answers in the language it is addressed in, with 13 languages in total. Tell us the languages your guests use and we confirm them in the quote. Lines are approved by you in advance.

How do I get a quote?

Send the date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots. We do not publish a price list, as each event is quoted individually within 24 hours of the brief.
