Real robots. Real events.

Not renders, not manufacturer footage. Every clip below is from an event we delivered.

Where we work in the United Kingdom

We travel to the venue you choose. These are the UK exhibition and conference centres that suit a humanoid robot with operators, from large halls to stage-led conferences.

London: ExCeL, Olympia and central venues

ExCeL London and Olympia London suit trade fairs and large exhibitions, where a robot can invite visitors to a stand. The Business Design Centre and the QEII Centre suit conferences, launches and receptions.

Birmingham and Manchester

NEC Birmingham hosts large exhibitions with long halls and heavy footfall. Manchester Central works well for conferences and corporate events that need a robot on stage and among guests.

Glasgow and Edinburgh

SEC Glasgow and EICC Edinburgh are reachable by road from Prague with the crew and robots in one vehicle. Plan extra days in the schedule for the longer journey.

Other venues

Hotels, galleries and private venues are possible too. Tell us the room size and the access route, and we will confirm what fits.

What the robot does at UK events

The robot is a hosted performer, not a self-service exhibit. Two of our own trained operators stay with each robot the whole time.

Welcoming and hosting

The robot moves among guests on its own, keeps its distance and answers in the language it is addressed in, out of 13 languages. Persona and lines are written for your event and approved by you in advance.

Stage and stand roles

Typical roles are opening a conference, a spot with the host, a scripted dialogue, a product reveal and inviting visitors to a stand. A robot can also hand over an award or item weighing up to about 2 kg.

Photos, dancing and ROBOrevue

Robots pose for photos with guests and dance. ROBOrevue is a five-minute show with three humanoid robots and three live dancers; it needs a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m.

Choice of robot

The Unitree G1 humanoid (about 130 cm) works among guests. The Unitree H2 (180 cm) is the tall one for stages and large halls. The Unitree Go2 robot dog is also available. We can bring up to four humanoids to one event.

Travel and logistics for the UK

The UK is outside the EU customs area, so a booking here needs more lead time than one on the continent.

By road with a Channel crossing

Robots travel in flight cases in our own vehicle with the crew, crossing the Channel by ferry or Eurotunnel. Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, so they do not fly.

ATA carnet and customs

Since Brexit, an ATA carnet and customs formalities are needed for the robots. This adds lead time, so book weeks ahead.

Arrival the day before

We arrive the day before the event for set-up and checks. A UK event blocks a robot for several days: travel out, the event and travel back.

No downtime on the day

Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so the robot keeps working. We bring our own internet connection.

What we need from the organiser

A short brief and a few venue details let us quote and plan accurately.

The brief

Send the date, venue, type of event, how long the robot is needed and how many robots. We quote within 24 hours.

Script approval

We write the persona and lines for your event. You approve them in advance.

Venue access

We need a loading route, a contact at the venue and a time slot for set-up the day before. Stage or floor dimensions help us plan routines.

Space on the day

Please keep a clear area for the robot to move and a safe distance from crowds during stage moments.

References

These are events where our robots have appeared. They come from Central Europe and Paris, not from the UK.

Corporate conferences

T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom held two conferences in Bratislava and Prague in October 2026. ČS Leasing had a full conference day with six appearances. Seyfor held a business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava.

Festivals and shows

The robots opened the Forbes Next Big Thing festival in Brno and appeared in the Leoš Mareš show in Mikulov. ROBOrevue has its world premiere in Paris on 1 September 2026.

Brand and party events

KÄRCHER booked us in Prague. At PX Party in Prague, three humanoids appeared among 600 guests.
