A stage appearance in front of a full hall
The robot as an item in the programme in its own right — not an exhibit in the corner.
A humanoid robot can open your conference, introduce a speaker or hand over an award, with lines written for your programme and approved by you in advance. Humanoid Rental, based in Prague, supplies the robots and the trained operators who run them.
Tell us the date, the venue and the type of event — we reply with an itemised quote within 24 hours.
Not renders, not manufacturer footage. Every clip below is from an event we delivered.
The robot as an item in the programme in its own right — not an exhibit in the corner.
Welcoming guests, appearances during the programme and the evening awards — one script.
A technology demonstration built to support the topic and the conversations in the room.
The robot takes defined roles in the programme and around it. Every persona and line is written for your event and approved by you before the day.
The robot can open the day, announce the programme and introduce each speaker by name. It works from an approved script, so timing and wording stay under your control.
A short spot with the moderator, rehearsed in advance, gives the opening or a break between blocks a clear structure. The robot answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages.
During a panel the robot can put an agreed question to the speakers as the voice of the audience. The question is approved beforehand and cued by the operators.
At registration the robot welcomes arriving delegates and moves among them on its own, keeping its distance. It can also hand over an award (items up to about 2 kg), pose for photos and invite visitors to a stand.
A day can contain a single opening or many appearances. The schedule is fixed with you in the brief and the rehearsal.
The robot welcomes delegates at the entrance or registration desk and takes photos with guests. Operators keep it at a safe distance from people and from the queue.
On stage the robot opens the conference, then introduces speakers or takes part in a dialogue with the host. For large halls and stages we use the Unitree H2, 180 cm tall; the Unitree G1, about 130 cm, suits smaller rooms and the foyer.
Between sessions the robot invites visitors to a stand, appears in the exhibition area or dances. At the close it can hand over awards. Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime.
Two of our own trained operators stay with each robot for the whole event. This is not self-service hire.
In large halls we need a line into the venue sound system so the robot is heard clearly in the back rows. Please put our crew in touch with your audio technician before the event.
We need the programme, the names and titles of speakers and the host's lines in good time. We write the robot's persona and lines, you approve them, and we rehearse on stage where possible.
We bring our own internet connection. We need a clear route to the stage and a place for the crew and flight cases. Across Europe the robots travel by road in our own vehicle with the crew, because lithium batteries do not fly.
We can place up to four humanoids at one event, for example one on stage and others at registration. Beyond road range we fly the robots without batteries and source packs locally. A distant event blocks a robot for several days.
Since the start of 2026 we have given more than 70 performances in six countries, and one event video passed 2 million views.
A full conference day with six appearances of the robot in the programme.
Two conferences, in Bratislava and Prague, in October 2026.
The robot took part in the opening of the festival in Brno.
KÄRCHER in Prague and a Seyfor business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava. For a show format we also offer ROBOrevue: five minutes, three humanoids and three live dancers on a stage of at least 12 x 6 m.
The Unitree H2, at 180 cm, is the tall humanoid for stages and large halls. The Unitree G1, about 130 cm, suits smaller rooms, foyers and registration. In large halls we also need a line into the venue sound system.
No. Two of our own trained operators stay with each robot the whole time. You only approve the script and name a contact person at the venue.
The robot answers in the language it is addressed in, across 13 languages. Scripted lines for the stage are prepared and approved in advance for the languages your programme needs.
Yes. Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime. A full conference day with six appearances has been carried out for ČS Leasing.
Up to four humanoids at one event. The number depends on the programme, for example one on stage and others at registration or at stands.
Send the date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots. Every event is quoted individually within 24 hours after the brief. Foreign bookings need weeks of notice for the ATA carnet, customs and visas where needed.
