A stage appearance in front of a full hall
The robot as an item in the programme in its own right — not an exhibit in the corner.
A Unitree humanoid presents or hands over your new product, creates the reveal moment and gives your team material for social media. Two of our trained operators stay with every robot throughout, and the reveal is rehearsed in advance. We are based in Prague and work across Europe and the Middle East.
Tell us the date, the venue and the type of event — we reply with an itemised quote within 24 hours.
Not renders, not manufacturer footage. Every clip below is from an event we delivered.
The robot as an item in the programme in its own right — not an exhibit in the corner.
Welcoming guests, appearances during the programme and the evening awards — one script.
A technology demonstration built to support the topic and the conversations in the room.
The robot is a visible, scripted part of your programme. Its role is agreed with you before the event and approved in writing.
The robot can carry and hand over items up to about 2 kg, so a product, a box or a symbolic key can pass from robot to host on stage. It can also introduce the product with lines written for your brand.
The reveal is choreographed with your host, lighting and stage team. Timing, movement and spoken lines are rehearsed in advance, so the moment holds up under live conditions.
The robot moves among guests on its own, keeps its distance and answers in the language it is addressed in (13 languages). It can welcome visitors, pose for photos, dance or invite people to your stand.
Robot and product together give your team footage and photos for social media. Persona, lines and appearance are adapted to the brand. One event video of ours has passed 2 million views; we do not promise reach for any client.
Every launch is planned individually. This is a common sequence for an evening or a daytime reveal.
The crew arrives with the robots in flight cases and tests the stage, the floor and the cue points. The reveal is run with your host and technicians until timing is fixed.
Before the main moment the robot can welcome guests, take photos and invite visitors to the product area. Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime.
At the agreed cue the robot presents or hands over the product, alone or with the host. For stages and large halls we recommend the Unitree H2 at 180 cm; the Unitree G1 at about 130 cm suits closer, smaller settings.
The robot can stay for photos and conversations with guests. Alternatively, book a separate shoot day to record the product and robot for social media and campaign material without an audience.
A short brief and a few practical details are enough for us to plan.
Send us the date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots. We write the persona and lines for the event and you approve them before the day.
We need a stage or defined area with a stable floor, and a rehearsal slot before doors open. For our ROBOrevue show (five minutes, three humanoids, three live dancers) a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m is required.
Two of our operators stay with each robot the whole time; this is not self-service hire. We bring our own internet connection, and up to four humanoids can work at one event.
Within Europe the robots travel by road in our own vehicle with the crew. Lithium batteries are dangerous goods and do not fly, so for distant events we fly the robots without batteries and source packs locally. Foreign bookings need weeks of notice for ATA carnet, customs and visas where needed.
We have given more than 70 performances in six countries in 2026. A selection relevant to brand events:
T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom held two conferences with us in Bratislava and Prague in October 2026. ČS Leasing booked a full conference day with six appearances, and Seyfor hosted a business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava.
KÄRCHER worked with us in Prague. At Forbes Next Big Thing in Brno, the robot opened the festival.
At PX Party in Prague, three humanoids worked among 600 guests. We also appeared in the Leoš Mareš show in Mikulov, and ROBOrevue has its world premiere in Paris on 1 September 2026.
