This page explains what happens with the details you send us through the enquiry form. Last updated 27 September 2026.

What we collect and why

• What you type into the form — your name, e-mail, phone if you give one, and what you write about the event. We need it to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• How you arrived — the page you came from, the campaign parameters in the link and the referring site. We use it to see which channels bring real enquiries. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use the form data for newsletters and we do not sell it.

Who else sees it

The form is delivered through Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc.) and stored in our CRM database hosted in the European Union; the notification e-mail goes through Resend. These providers process the data on our instructions only, under data-processing agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into an event: up to 24 months, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Enquiries that become a booking: for the duration of the contract and then for as long as the law requires us to keep the accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@robotio.cz — that is the controller's address — and we will handle it within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).

Cookies and analytics

Without your consent this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not load Google Analytics. The attribution details described above travel with the form submission itself and are not stored in your browser beyond your visit. Videos are loaded from YouTube only when you click play; YouTube (Google) may then set its own cookies.

If you click “Allow analytics” in the bar at the bottom of the page, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see how the site is used, so that we can improve it. Google Analytics then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_YPJSJFZ40R, which last up to two years. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google LLC in the United States may also process the data; it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; it uses them only briefly to derive an approximate location. We keep the analytics data for 14 months. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page reopens the bar, and choosing “Reject” deletes the analytics cookies and stops any further measurement. Your choice itself is kept in your browser’s local storage, only to remember it.
