Humanoid robot rental in Austria

Humanoid Rental, based in Prague, brings Unitree humanoid robots and their own trained operators to conferences, trade fairs and corporate events in Austria. The venues are within a few hours by road, so the crew and robots usually arrive on the day.

Where we work in Austria

We deploy to event venues across the country. The main Austrian locations are reachable from Prague by road in about 3 to 5 hours.

Vienna: Messe Wien, Austria Center Vienna, Hofburg

Vienna is the most common destination for conferences, trade fairs and gala evenings. We can work in exhibition halls, congress foyers and historic reception rooms alike. The tall Unitree H2 suits large halls and stages, while the Unitree G1 fits tighter spaces.

Linz: Design Center Linz

For fairs and corporate events in Upper Austria, the journey from Prague takes about 3 to 5 hours by road. The crew arrives with the robots in our own vehicle and has time to set up before doors open.

Salzburg: Messe Salzburg

We serve trade fairs and brand events in Salzburg with the same format as elsewhere: robots, two operators per robot and our own internet connection. Same-day arrival is routine.

Graz: Congress Graz

Congresses and conferences in Styria can include a robot host for the opening, a scripted dialogue or guest greeting. Please tell us the hall and schedule in the brief so we can plan the robot's appearances.

What the robot does at events in Austria

The robot is a working part of the programme, not a static exhibit. Persona and lines are written for your event and approved by you in advance.

Welcoming and moving among guests

The robot moves among guests on its own and keeps its distance. It answers in the language it is addressed in, out of 13 languages, which helps at international congresses held in Vienna or Salzburg.

On stage: openings, dialogues, reveals, awards

The robot can open a conference, perform a scripted dialogue with the host, take part in a product reveal or hand over an award weighing up to about 2 kg. Each appearance is rehearsed against your running order.

At the stand: inviting visitors and photos

Trade-fair exhibitors use the robot to invite visitors to the stand, pose for photos with guests and dance at agreed times. The Unitree Go2 robot dog can complement the humanoids where a livelier presence is wanted.

ROBOrevue show

ROBOrevue is a five-minute show with three humanoid robots and three live dancers. It needs a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m. The world premiere took place in Paris on 1 September 2026.

Travel and logistics for Austria

Austria lies within road range of our base in Prague, which keeps planning simple.

By road from Prague

The robots travel in flight cases in our own vehicle, together with the crew. Vienna, Linz and Salzburg take about 3 to 5 hours, so same-day arrival is routine. Graz can be planned on the same basis.

Batteries and connection

Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, which is why our robots travel by road rather than by air. Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime during the event. We bring our own internet connection.

Up to four humanoids, two operators each

We can field up to four humanoids at one event. Two of our own trained operators stay with each robot the whole time. This is a service with a crew, not self-service hire.

Lead time

Because Austria is within road range, the journey does not need the customs steps required for distant countries. A robot is still reserved for the event date, so send us the brief as early as you can.

What we need from the organiser

A short, clear brief is enough to start. Every event is quoted individually, and the quote follows within 24 hours of the brief.

The brief

Please send the date, venue, type of event, duration and the number of robots you would like. There is no price list on the website because the quote depends on these five points.

Role, persona and lines

Tell us what the robot should do: welcome, host, reveal, hand over an award or invite visitors. We write the persona and lines for your event, and you approve them before the day.

Space and schedule

We need the running order, the places where the robot appears and the access route for our vehicle. For ROBOrevue, a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m is required.

A contact on site

Name one person at the venue or agency who can confirm timings and guest flow. Our operators coordinate with them throughout the event.

References

In 2026 we completed more than 70 performances in six countries, and one event video passed 2 million views. These are events we can name.

Conferences

We appeared at two conferences for T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom in Bratislava and Prague in October 2026. For ČS Leasing we covered a full conference day with six appearances. Seyfor held a business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava with our robot.

Festivals and shows

We opened the Forbes Next Big Thing festival in Brno. We also took part in the Leoš Mareš show in Mikulov and presented the world premiere of ROBOrevue in Paris.

Brand and party events

For KÄRCHER in Prague we deployed a robot at a company event. At PX Party in Prague, three humanoids moved among 600 guests.

Questions we get asked

How quickly can I get a quote for a robot at an event in Austria?

Every event is quoted individually within 24 hours after we receive the brief. The brief should contain the date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots.

Do you hire out robots without operators?

No. Two of our own trained operators stay with each robot for the whole event. We do not offer self-service hire.

How long does it take to bring the robot to Vienna, Linz or Salzburg?

We travel by road from Prague in our own vehicle with the crew. Vienna, Linz and Salzburg take about 3 to 5 hours, so same-day arrival is routine.

Which robot is suitable for a large hall or stage?

The Unitree H2, at 180 cm, is the tall humanoid for stages and large halls. The Unitree G1, about 130 cm, works well among guests at stands and receptions. We recommend the robot after the brief.

Can the robot speak to guests in German?

The robot answers in the language it is addressed in, across 13 languages. Please list the languages you expect in the brief, and we confirm them together with the lines for your event.

How many robots can appear at one event, and will there be downtime?

Up to four humanoids can appear at one event. Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime, and we bring our own internet connection.
