Real robots. Real events.

Not renders, not manufacturer footage. Every clip below is from an event we delivered.

Where we work in Belgium

We serve events across the country from Prague, travelling with the robots and the crew. The cities and venues below are where Belgian congresses, trade fairs and corporate events typically take place.

Brussels Expo

Brussels Expo suits trade fairs and large public events with many visitors. A humanoid can welcome people at an entrance, invite them to your stand or open a stage programme. The taller Unitree H2 (180 cm) is the right choice for big halls.

SQUARE Brussels Convention Centre and The EGG

Brussels hosts many association congresses and EU-related events, including medical and pharmaceutical congresses. At such events the robot opens a session, hosts a scripted dialogue or hands over an award. All lines are approved by you beforehand.

Flanders Expo Ghent

For fairs and corporate events in Flanders, the robot speaks Dutch with guests as well as English. We agree the persona and wording with you before the event. Up to four humanoids can work at one event.

Antwerp venues

We also work in Antwerp hotels, event halls and company premises. Send us the venue name and floor plan with your brief, and we will tell you whether the space and the route for the flight cases work.

What the robot does at events in Belgium

Our robots are an event programme element, not a stand decoration. Two of our operators stay with each robot throughout, so the robot is always supervised.

Welcoming and moving among guests

The robot moves among guests on its own and keeps its distance. It answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages including French, Dutch, English and German. That fits Belgian audiences, where several languages often mix in one room.

Stage roles and reveals

Typical roles are opening a conference, a spot with the host, a scripted dialogue, a product reveal and an award handover (items up to about 2 kg). The persona and lines are written for your event and approved in advance.

Photos, dancing and stand traffic

The robot poses for photos with guests, dances and invites visitors to your stand. Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime during the day.

ROBOrevue show

ROBOrevue is a five-minute show with three humanoid robots and three live dancers. It needs a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m. The world premiere takes place in Paris on 1 September 2026.

Travel and logistics for Belgium

Belgium is within road range of Prague, which keeps the logistics simple and avoids air freight of the robots.

By road with the crew

The robots travel in flight cases in our own vehicle together with the crew. The drive from Prague takes about 9–10 hours. Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, so they do not fly.

Arrival the day before

We arrive the day before the event for set-up, a sound and movement check, and a rehearsal of the lines. On the event day the robot is ready before doors open.

Our own internet connection

We bring our own internet connection, so the show does not depend on venue Wi-Fi. We still ask for a power socket near the robot's position.

Booking lead time

A distant event blocks a robot for several days: travel out, the event and travel back. Please send your brief as early as possible so we can reserve the dates.

What we need from the organiser

Most of the work is on our side. To prepare a precise quote and a smooth day, we need a few details.

The brief

Tell us the date, venue, type of event, how long the robot should be present and how many robots you want. Every event is quoted individually within 24 hours after the brief. There is no price list on the website.

Script and approval

Share the programme, the key messages and the languages your guests use. We write the persona and lines, and you approve them before the event.

Space and access

We need a flat, cleared area for the robot, a loading route for the flight cases and a place to swap batteries. For ROBOrevue the stage or floor must measure at least 12 x 6 m.

A contact on site

Name one person who can brief the venue team and the host on the day. Our two operators per robot take care of everything else.

References

We have not yet published a Belgian case, so these are events from our other markets. They show the formats we can bring to Belgium.

Performance record

In 2026 we gave more than 70 performances in six countries. One event video passed 2 million views.

Conferences

We appeared at two conferences for T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom in Bratislava and Prague in October 2026. For ČS Leasing we covered a full conference day with six appearances, and for Seyfor we took part in a business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava.

Festivals and parties

At Forbes Next Big Thing in Brno the robot opened the festival. At PX Party in Prague, three humanoids appeared among 600 guests. We also performed in the Leoš Mareš show in Mikulov.

Corporate events

For KÄRCHER in Prague the robot took part in a corporate event. The world premiere of ROBOrevue takes place in Paris.

Questions we get asked

Which languages does the robot speak in Belgium?

The robot speaks French, Dutch, English and German. It answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages in total.

Can I rent a robot without operators?

No. Two of our own trained operators stay with each robot the whole time. This is not self-service hire.

How does the robot get from Prague to Belgium?

It travels by road in flight cases in our own vehicle with the crew, which takes about 9–10 hours. We arrive the day before the event. Lithium batteries are dangerous goods, so they do not fly.

Which robot should I choose for a Belgian venue?

The Unitree G1 (about 130 cm) suits stands, receptions and close contact with guests. The Unitree H2 (180 cm) suits stages and large halls. We also have the Unitree Go2 robot dog. You can book up to four humanoids at one event.

How much does the rental cost and how fast do I get a quote?

We do not publish a price list, because every event is different. Send us the date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots, and we quote within 24 hours.

How far ahead should I book for an event in Belgium?

Book as early as you can. A foreign event blocks a robot for several days, and foreign bookings need weeks of notice for paperwork such as customs documents or an ATA carnet.
