Where we work in Poland

We take bookings for event venues across the country. These are the venue types and cities buyers ask about most.

Warsaw: Ptak Warsaw Expo, EXPO XXI and PGE Narodowy

Trade fairs at Ptak Warsaw Expo and EXPO XXI suit a robot that invites visitors to a stand. PGE Narodowy fits larger corporate events and stage openings, where the 180 cm Unitree H2 is visible from a distance.

Poznań: MTP Poznań

At the Poznań International Fair, the robot works exhibitor stands and hall aisles. We agree the exact positions and routes with you and the venue beforehand.

Kraków: ICE Kraków

ICE Kraków suits conferences and gala evenings. The robot can open a programme, greet arriving delegates or hand over an award.

Katowice: Expo Silesia and the International Congress Centre

Both venues are about 4–5 hours by road from Prague. Wrocław is within the same range, and we also quote for other Polish cities.

What the robot does at events in Poland

Every appearance is written for your event. Persona and lines are approved by you in advance.

Welcoming and inviting guests

The robot moves among guests on its own and keeps its distance. It greets visitors, answers questions and invites them to your stand.

Stage roles

It can open a conference, appear in a spot with the host, perform a scripted dialogue or take part in a product reveal. It also hands over awards weighing up to about 2 kg.

Languages

The robot answers in the language it is addressed in, across 13 languages. Polish and English guests can be served by the same robot.

Photos, dancing and the ROBOrevue show

Guests can have their photo taken with the robot, and it can dance. ROBOrevue runs five minutes with three humanoids and three live dancers on a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m.

Travel and logistics for Poland

We bring the robots, the crew and our own equipment, so the venue has little to prepare.

By road from Prague

The robots travel in flight cases in our own vehicle with the crew. Wrocław and Katowice are about 4–5 hours away, Warsaw about 7–8 hours.

Batteries and power

Lithium batteries are dangerous goods and do not fly. Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so there is no downtime during the event.

Internet and operators

We bring our own internet connection. Two trained operators of ours stay with each robot the whole time.

Scheduling

A distant event blocks a robot for several days: travel out, the event and travel back. Customs formalities such as an ATA carnet need weeks of notice, so please brief us early.

What we need from the organiser

A short brief is enough to start. We quote every event individually within 24 hours of receiving it.

The brief

Send the date, venue, type of event, duration and the number of robots. We rent up to four humanoids at one event.

Content approval

You approve the persona and the lines before the event. Tell us your brand tone, the key messages and the languages your guests speak.

Venue access

We need loading access, a space for the robots between appearances and agreed routes in the hall. For ROBOrevue, please provide the stage or floor of at least 12 x 6 m.

References

In 2026 we performed at more than 70 events in six countries. One event video passed 2 million views. The examples below are from our recent work outside Poland.

Conferences

T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom held two conferences in Bratislava and Prague in October 2026. At ČS Leasing we appeared six times across one conference day.

Festivals and shows

We opened the Forbes Next Big Thing festival in Brno and appeared in the Leoš Mareš show in Mikulov. ROBOrevue had its world premiere in Paris on 1 September 2026.

Corporate and private events

Three humanoids joined 600 guests at PX Party in Prague, and the robots appeared for KÄRCHER in Prague. We also took part in a Seyfor business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava.

Questions we get asked

Can I hire a humanoid robot in Poland without operators?

No. Every robot comes with two of our trained operators, who stay with it for the entire event. We do not offer self-service hire.

Which Polish cities do you cover?

We work at venues in Warsaw, Poznań, Kraków and Katowice, and we also quote for other cities such as Wrocław. Tell us the venue and date in the brief.

Does the robot speak Polish?

The robot answers in the language it is addressed in, across 13 languages. We confirm the languages for your event when we agree the lines.

How is the robot transported to Poland?

By road in flight cases in our own vehicle with the crew. Beyond road range we fly the robots without batteries and source packs locally.

How far ahead should I book?

Foreign bookings need weeks of notice for the ATA carnet, customs and visas where needed. A distant event also blocks a robot for several days.

How do I get a quote?
