Where we work in Germany

We take bookings for trade fairs and congresses across the country. Our team travels from Prague with the robots, so each location is planned around the event.

Trade-fair cities

We work at Messe Frankfurt, Messe München, Messe Düsseldorf, Messe Berlin, Deutsche Messe Hannover, Koelnmesse and Messe Stuttgart. Each fair has its own exhibitor rules, which we check with you before the booking is confirmed.

Congress venues

Conferences in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg suit openings, scripted dialogues and product reveals on stage. For large halls and stages we recommend the 180 cm Unitree H2.

Corporate and agency events

Launches, receptions, gala evenings and brand activations in other German cities are possible too. Send us the date, venue and type of event and we plan the rest.

What the robot does at your event

The robot is a hosted performer, not a machine left running on its own. Our operators stay with it throughout.

Welcoming and moving among guests

The robot moves among visitors on its own and keeps its distance. It answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages, which helps at international fairs.

Stage and stand roles

Typical tasks are welcoming guests, a spot with the host, opening a conference, a scripted dialogue, a product reveal, inviting visitors to a stand and photos with guests. It can also dance.

Award handover

The robot can hand over awards and items up to about 2 kg. Persona and lines are written for your event and approved by you in advance.

ROBOrevue show

ROBOrevue is a five-minute show with three humanoid robots and three live dancers. It needs a stage or cleared floor of at least 12 x 6 m and had its world premiere in Paris on 1 September 2026.

Travel and logistics for Germany

The robots travel in flight cases in our own vehicle, together with the crew. Lithium batteries are dangerous goods and do not fly.

Road travel from Prague

Berlin and Munich take about 4–5 hours by road, and Frankfurt about 6 hours. Cologne and Düsseldorf are a long day of driving, so we plan arrival early.

Robot availability

A distant event blocks a robot for several days: travel out, the event and travel back. Foreign bookings need weeks of notice for customs and other paperwork where required.

No downtime during the event

Batteries are swapped in about three minutes, so the robot does not stop for charging. We bring our own internet connection and do not rely on venue Wi-Fi.

If road range is exceeded

Beyond road range we fly the robots without batteries and source battery packs locally. We agree this with you during planning.

What we need from the organiser

A short brief is enough to start. A few details from your side keep the appearance smooth.

The brief

Please send the date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots. We can use up to four humanoids at one event, and we quote within 24 hours.

Exhibitor rules at trade fairs

Please confirm the rules on stand height and moving exhibits with the fair organiser. We can help you prepare the question and adapt the robot's routes to your stand.

Content approval

We write the persona and lines for your event, and you approve them in advance. Please name your contact for approvals and for the schedule on site.

Space and access

Share the floor plan, loading access and any stage dimensions. The operators need room to work near the robot during the appearance.

References

In 2026 we gave more than 70 performances in six countries, and one event video passed 2 million views. Our events so far have been outside Germany.

Conferences

T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom held two conferences with us in Bratislava and Prague in October 2026. At ČS Leasing we covered a full conference day with six appearances.

Corporate and festival events

We worked for KÄRCHER in Prague and opened the Forbes Next Big Thing festival in Brno. Seyfor invited us to a business breakfast at Microsoft in Bratislava.

Shows and parties

At PX Party in Prague, three humanoids appeared among 600 guests. We also took part in the Leoš Mareš show in Mikulov.

Questions we get asked

Can I rent a humanoid robot in Germany without operators?

No. Two of our trained operators stay with each robot for the whole event. This is not a self-service hire.

Which robots can I book for German events?

We offer the Unitree G1 humanoid (about 130 cm), the Unitree H2 humanoid (180 cm, for stages and large halls) and the Unitree Go2 robot dog. You can book up to four humanoids at one event.

How much does it cost to hire a robot in Germany?

We have no public price list. Each event is quoted individually within 24 hours of your brief, based on date, venue, type of event, duration and number of robots.

How do the robots get to the venue?

They travel by road in flight cases in our own vehicle with the crew. Berlin and Munich take about 4–5 hours from Prague and Frankfurt about 6 hours. Batteries do not fly, so beyond road range we fly the robots without batteries and source packs locally.

How much notice do you need?

Foreign bookings need weeks of notice for customs and other paperwork where required. A distant event also blocks a robot for several days, so early enquiries help.

Can the robot work at a trade-fair stand?

Yes, for example by inviting visitors to the stand, speaking with them and posing for photos. Check the exhibitor rules on stand height and moving exhibits with the fair organiser first. The robot answers in the language it is addressed in, from 13 languages.
