Frequently asked questions
How does humanoid robot rental work?
You send us a short brief with the date, venue and goal of the event. We confirm availability and propose the programme, then agree the persona and script. On the day our operators transport the robot, set it up and run it throughout the event.
What space is needed?
The ROBOrevue show needs a flat area of at least 12 × 6 m. For meet-and-greet or stand work with a robot, a smaller defined working area is enough. Send us the venue plan and we will confirm what fits.
Does the robot come with an operator?
Yes. The robot is always accompanied by our own trained operators. This is not self-service hire.
How long is the show?
The ROBOrevue show lasts 5 minutes. It can be repeated during the event, and the robot can also work between shows.
Which countries do you serve?
We travel from Prague across Czechia and Slovakia routinely and across the rest of Europe regularly, including Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Poland and Portugal. We also serve the Middle East.
How far in advance should I book?
For an event in Czechia or Slovakia, a couple of weeks is comfortable. For a foreign booking count on several weeks, because the script has to be approved and transport has fixed lead times. Autumn and December are the busiest months.
We answer every enquiry within 24 hours.
